API連携のベストプラクティスについて教えてください
エキスパートの皆様へServiceNowからAPIでデータ連携をする場合のベストプラクティスについて教えてください。①ServiceNowと外部SaaSのAPI連携②ServiceNowと社内の環境との連携 ※例えばMIDサーバ―のある社内ネットワーク内にあるサーバとのAPI連携。①、②についてやり方はいろいろあると思うのですがセキュリティやガバナンスの観点も踏まえて、社内での取り扱いを統一したいと考えています。ご回答お待ちしております。
