I would be working on integrating Datadog with ServiceNow to create Incidents from alerts generated in Datadog. So far from the documentation from Datadog I have understood that there is a update set that we need to commit  in ServiceNow and some configurations have to be done on Datadog side. I also want to send the update on the incident to Datadog when incident is resolved in ServiceNow. Have you done it as part of your implementation. Would appreciate if you can share any document on your implementation steps/ insights.

Hi @Kalyani35, did you figure out anything? same issue here, let me know your answer. 

@gauravxz , currently we are not sending any updates back to datadog. But sure they will have to provide us the API in case we want to send the updates from ServiceNow to Datadog. There was no other config info I found on datadog doc.

Has anybody managed to do proper incident field mapping from Datadog?

I still cant get the service, customized description and such populated.

Is there any csripting involved or any configuration required on the transform?
