Hi @VENKATASAIA8700

Before you begin

Role required: sn_wsd_core.workplace_user

Procedure

  1. Open the visit details email that you received for your visit.
  2. In the email, select the visitor portal link.
The visitor portal opens with the login page displayed by default.

Also, please check whether the Visitor Portal is available. You should be able to find it under Portals; it might have the suffix "visitor" in the portal tables.

Thank you for your response. I checked the Service Portals table (sp_portal), but I don't see any Visitor Portal entry. My question is whether the Visitor Portal is actually supported in a Personal Developer Instance, or if it requires an additional plugin, demo data, or is only available in licensed customer instances. Could you please clarify?

We can't  get the Visitor Portal in PDI. It is available through the Store app.

Hi @VENKATASAIA8700

WSD is having dependency plugin which does not work in PDI.

" the reason the Workplace Service Delivery Suite is blocked is not an issue with your instance specifically. It’s because PDIs do not allow installation of certain Store apps and IntegrationHub spokes that the full suite depends on."

Refer: Can you install Workplace Service Delivery on PDI?

Hi @VENKATASAIA8700

Also the visitor portal is part of the Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) suite. The required plugins (like sn_wsd_core and sn_wsd_visitor) are premium features and are not included in the standard PDI baseline.
