email templates font

Is there somewhere I can change the font on all email templates? It appears to default to Times New Roman but I need it to be Arial.

This is the email template which does not have the HTML Editor.

I have tried that. This is what happens when I'm in a template and click on Switch to Rich HTML Editor. Do you not think I have tried that.
