I am trying to complete my ServiceNow Fundamentals course and in that at 18th module which says "ServiceNow Fundamentals Simulator" , i am getting error as " Instance status : Terminated; Task Result :Pending", Please help in getting it clarified and completing my course.

Hi,

You get this error if your instance is terminated and instance gets terminated when you don't complete the course within the allotted time.

I suggest you redo the course.

Hi All, please I have the same issue. I only paid for the on-demand SNF course yesterday, started the course today and the status is already "terminated". My instance is due for removal on 11/02/2022. Please can someone let me know how to raise a simulator case, there is no link for doing so on my simulator. Thanks.

They are upgrading to NowLearning 2.0 tonight. I suspect the terminated all of the simulators in NowLearning today so they can migrate them to NowLearning 2.0 tonight & tomorrow. Check back Monday morning to see if your simulator is restored.

I have a similar issue. I enrolled for the ServiceNow Fundamentals course today and was able to complete the first exercise.

The instance Expiration Date is : 2022-02-12

The status of instance is as below

Expiration Date: 2022-02-12

Instance Status: Terminated

Task Result: Pending

Simulator Result: Failed

Re-Enroll Simulator

Any idea how I could get the simulator working?
