Please check 'Run as' field and change it to your name and see if that works.? generally run as user should be active for job to run. If Run as field is not available the bring it from form layout. mark my answer as correct if that helps.

Please go to Data collector Jobs and open the job which you are using. Open it and change the "run as" as mentioned in second screenshot.
