Hi,
Not sure if still looking for a solution as this is now supported OOTB, see below:
The MobiChord solution is the only one I can find which provides full integration and enables management of devices from within ServiceNow.

You can try reaching out to ZigiWave. They're having large integration portfolio and might be able to help. We're working with them for some time now and their specialists were able to overcome all roadblocks, so far. Good luck!

How was complex was the integration ?
What are the classes and relationships in CMDB that are populated.
