Joro,

 

When i load my item i see the Omit Price field but it is getting invisible on load of Page not sure why 😞

Hi ,

 

To omit price and quantity:

go to maintain item--> select your catalog item-->add no quatity and omit price in cart on the catalog item form

then uncheck the checkbox "No quantity" and "Omit price in cart"

 

Note: There is one issue if we check "use cart layout field" then no quantity and omit price  will disappear and it won't work as expected.

Hi Afifa,

if you uncheckuse cart layout field , then you should go to Service Catalog -> Catlog Administration -> Properties. There is Append pricing (which should work if you disable cart layout). Similar option for the quantity should be somewhere around there.

I added all the cart related field but unfortunately all are disappering not sure why.

Hi Irfan ,

 

That is because 

"Use cart layout " is true.Make it false .The other field will appear automatically .

Thats what I told you earlier .Then uncheck no quantity, omit price,etc
