Hi,
I have set it to for every update and it is not working currently. It was working before but for some reason it is not anymore. Any ideas what they issue could be?

Hi,
You may want to check the "Run Trigger" field and set it to "For every update" if not already done.

Hi,
Please check if the trigger condition has changed in FD or if are you testing with a record that doesn't meet the trigger condition.
