HRM Todos summary widget approval button missing

Hello,
In the Employee Center portal when users with approver_user or approval_admin select 'My Tasks' (HRM Todos Summary widget), then select a task with an approval, the Approve/Reject buttons are not displayed. The buttons are displayed for users with Admin. Any suggestions?
