If you are going to make changes to the widget, you would need to clone it, but if you want to reuse the widget as it is, you can simply add it to a page on ESC portal without cloning. For some of our customers, we have added that widget to the System Status page that is accessible in ESC portal via a link under Quick Links section of the Technology Services menu at the top of the page.
