Help on Leave of absence conept

Hello All,

As we know we have 2 things when it comes to leave in HR module 1)leave of absence and 2) Parental leave.

I want to know if the employee is applying for leave of absence reason like casual leave etc then how can we show on HR profile of respective user under leave of absence.I tried playing with oob hr leave of absence in business rule but again its coming under parental leave .

Can anyone help how can we configure this so that if any person apply for casual leave ,leave type should casual neither parental nor empty.
