Go to Reports > Create New

Report Name : Your Report Name

Source Type : Table

Table : HR Case Table

Type Of Charts :- Bar, Time Series, Lines, Pies, Scores,

Configure :- You can add the conditions as per the requirements

Style :- Change the Colours and themes of reports.
