Multiple User fill out a record producer.

Hello, 

My goal, in the long run, is to have a record producer form (like a background check form) where multiple users have to fill out their part on the form. 

I have a record producer with the form

I have an HR service that displays the form to initiate the process. Not sure if that is set up correctly.

My goal and problem now is that once that form is initiated, I want to assign tasks (or the best way to do this) to different users to complete their part of the same form. 

I want the form to display everything but only highlight the parts each person needs to fill out.

Is this possible. any assistance will be appreciated.
