Hi @developer88 ,

Please navigate to this table awa_presence_state where u will be able to see all the presence state which are configured for ur instance.

Then open the states for which u don't want HRSD service channel to be available. Remove HRSD from those states apart from available , away offline.

Then for HRSD people only this 3 options will be visible.
