Hi @Sandeep Rajput - thanks for your response. We're on Vancouver and installed the Agent Workspace for HRSD recently. What's the right App ID for Configurable Workspace? I see in our instances there is:

Workforce Optimization Configurable Workspace Core
App id: sn_wfo_cfg_ws

But My PDI doesn't have this activated either, so still confused on the difference of views/field styles.
