@Kohei Tominaga1 In HR parlance, an HR Task is a small piece of work which can be assigned to an individual. An HR Task may have an associated Parent HR Case, fulfilment instructions and some checklist. Fulfilment instructions contains the steps to resolve an HR Task. HR Task may have some SLAs associated with them which ensure timely completion of a work or may result in escalations if SLAs are breached.

 

HR Tasks may have some checklist associated with them where the fulfiller can refer to them and ensure if all the cheks related to the task are met.

 

An HR Task can be assigned within a group or can be a responsibility of other groups within an organisation. Collectively, completion of all the HR Task ensure the fulfilment of the associated Parent case.

 

HR Task can also be used to capture electronic signatures from the employees in a fillable PDF form.
