We have an issue where A user can access the details of a Case / Ticket via the native application, but when same user attempts to access those details via the HRM Ticket Page (hrm_ticket_page) then the user see's no details (see screenshot below):
I believe this is an issue with the widget but I would be with one of the widgets on the page rather than security, as the users can access the details elsewhere.
