Restrict Hr case , request item records only visible to the one group of member

Hi all,
I am trying to Restrict Hr case , request item records only visible to the one group of member using Query BR.
I have created one check box filed ,once its true then this record only show that HR_onboarding group.
can any one please share any sample script to achieve this.
