Timezone in Scheduled Jobs

Hi all ,
I need to trigger a schedule job at 10 am IST , but I am not able to specify the Timezone in Timezone field .
How can I make sure that the script triggers in IST ?
Does specifying IST in Run as tz  field helps ?
Does Run as field plays any part in Timezone ?
