Hi. Thanks @Wessel van Enk and @abirakundu23 for your response. I understand the fact that the activity trigger condition change won't take effect on cases existing already in production. My concern is that the active existing cases are failing at the evaluation condition and leading the HR case to cancel, after I implemented the change in production. I have confirmed there is nothing wrong with the script cuz the newly created cases are working fine. Please advise why the existing cases should fail. Please advise. Thanks!
