OAuth Authentication for SAP SuccessFactors -for Inbound calls to ServiceNow

I configured OAuth Client in ServiceNow for Inbound calls made from SuccessFactors to ServiceNow.
The Grant Type is "Client Credentials", have all configured OAuth Application User.
When testing through Postman, the configuration is working fine, and I am getting the Access Token.
While configuring in SuccessFactors, it is giving me an error, showing "Access Denied". Please help me understand if I am missing something in configuration here?
