Hello @sibasundarsahoo 

Go to the UI Builder and the corresponding workspace, in this case, the workspace with URL path 

 

Open the workspace configuration. You should be able to see a list of it's Pages and Variants.

 

Search for the page having issue, in this case, /record from the URL

 

Check the pages under it and make sure it is active, in this case, Record Default was inactive

 

Click on Settings and check Active
