Not able to add the quick link, announcement in the Agent Workspace HR Case Management

Hi 

Need to add quick links to the HR Agent Workspace Landing page 

Created a Portal content

Created schedule Content but UIB Workspace content location is not available 

Plugin installed : Employee center Pro (version- 33.0.4)

Do I need to install any other plugin ?
