Thanks for the insight and getting back to me.  It’s refreshing to hear about how the market is changing and the demand for ServiceNow is continuing to move in the right direction.  I have been starting to creep into some HRSD learning material but have yet to dive into anything regarding CSM.  Suggesting the community to actively engage and gain exposure in different areas of learning is essential to my progression and I plan on doing so moving forward. Overall, just being honest, I want to stay away from the developmental/scripting side and much rather prefer the functional/business analyst environment.  It makes the most sense and seems like a great fit.
