HI @arjshubh ,

It's difficult to define a standard response time for form loading, as it can vary significantly based on several factors.

Some of the key factors that impact form load times include:

  • Number and type of fields on your form: More fields, especially reference fields, can increase load times.
  • Instance version: Performance can differ depending on whether you’re running Geneva or a later version.
  • Use of live forms: Dynamic or live forms may take longer to load.
  • Reference fields and related lists: Loading multiple reference fields and related lists can add to the time.
  • Total number of fields: The more fields present, the longer it may take.
  • UI actions, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts: Each of these elements adds processing time, especially if you have a large number of scripts or policies running on form load.

For example, in our environment, we load about 65 fields, have around 90 scripts, and about 45 UI policies. With these, our forms typically take about 4–5 seconds to load. For reference, our organization has a 500 Mbps internet connection.

Ultimately, the fewer elements your form has to load, the faster the response time will be. While I can’t provide a definitive answer for your specific situation, I hope this gives you some context for evaluating your own form loading times.

If you have more details about your form setup, I’d be happy to offer more targeted suggestions.
