Another option is Handheld Computing Device. That CI class includes fields for IMEI, MEID, ICCID, and Carrier. A field for Phone Number is not on the form by default but it is available on the table and can easily be added to the form.

Make sure to use cmdb_ci_handheld_computing if you want to be in alignment with the Service Graph connectors for Airwatch and Intune. That CMDB CI table also has fields for IMEI, phone number, carrier, etc..

For mobile devices like the iPhone, we usually use CI Class B (Consumer Information Class B). This class is designed for consumer-grade electronics such as smartphones, tablets, and laptops. CI Class B ensures that the device meets safety, performance, and electromagnetic interference (EMI) standards for personal or home use. It helps make sure that the device won’t cause problems with other electronics and is safe for everyday users. So, for an iPhone or similar mobile devices, CI Class B is the correct classification.

What is the table name for CI Class B? I am not familiar with "CI Class B (Consumer Information Class B)".
