I don't think there is a configuration in Discovery you could set to remove this from the Discovery Log. Perhaps there is, but I am not aware of.

Nevertheless, one way of approaching it that I can think of, is to set a default filter for the Discovery Log tab to filter out these results. That way, these results would not be displayed by default from the Discovery Status form and facilitate your navigation.
