Make sure you are running the installation as an Windows Admin user.
And, Is your ServiceNow instance reachable from your Windows Server? From command prompt (search for cmd in windows start menu search and open the command prompt) use the following command.
ping InstanceName.service-now.com
If ping is not successful, open the connection to your instance in your firewall (ask your windows server admin).
Then try installing it again once the ping is successful.
If still no luck, try fresh installation after deleting all the files in the directory.
