Changing the evt_mgmt.active_interval in ServicwNow event management

Hi All,

By default value of evt_mgmt.active_interval property is 14400 sec. This means that if an alert is closed and a new event is generated within 4 hours which matches the same message key then the existing alert is reopened.

If we change this property to 30 mins ,any pros and cons due to this change.

Please let me know any one already tested  this.
