What is the best way to regularly update the CMDB CI asset serial number and contract number?
We receive data from vendors (Dell, HP) in the form of Excel sheets. The Excel sheets contain serial numbers, contract numbers, expiration dates, etc. Need to match serial number with excel and update filed.
We are looking for an automatic scheduling option instead of manually uploading the data.
