I’m currently in the process of implementing Granular Delegation for ITSM. I am aware that this plugin is originally meant for HRSD but I’ve read that it is possible to tweak it to work with ITSM by modifying some of the associated ACLs. 

So far, I’ve managed to add the plugin, create the necessary Granular delegation tables, rules and category records, but I haven’t been able to managed to get it to work.

All that to say, are you familiar at all with implementing this plugin for ITSM use cases rather that HRSD? If so, how did you manage to do it.
