No issues.


You can create a custom field 'Requested for' on Catalog task Table and follow the same process.

this is also a solution but again where he want to show vip is a question ?


ie for a ticket or for requested for name

Just thought I'd let you know, I spoke to a developer in Sydney and he sent me the following information that solved my VIP problem.

This way the VIP icon displays in the task lists.

Hi Oliver,



Just wondering...does the VIP icon show in the "My Groups Work" view in your ITIL homepage?   It seems that this only works on the list view of the Catalog Tasks.   Since the "My Groups Work" list is off the task table, the VIP icon doesn't show there.
