I have the exact same issue, I have loaded all of the plugins but still nothing. I have also added the PPM plugin as I want to use that app as well, but it does not show...(Knowledge also not showing...)
I even repaired the plugin and added the data option this time, but still nothing...
I looked and both Mobile Applications are active and they look pretty much the same as the service catalog application:
