The easiest way to do this really, is to export the list of incidents you want to print as PDF - Detailed, then print that PDF.

Right-click in the column header of a list of incidents and choose EXPORT - PDF - DETAILED.

This will give you a front sheet of the list of incidents, then x amount of pages each one containing one incident per page in detail.
