Could you give me a bit more information on how to do this? You say to keep the assigned to field as "Field Value Duration". I'm not following that. If you can direct me to a wiki article, that'll work, too.

We set up the report, but it only reports on the duration of time that task was assigned to a person. The business requirement is to show the date/time the task was assigned to a person. Is this possible? If so, how?

Make sure to include "Start" in your report. That will be the date/time in which the metric instance was created, hence the date/time in which the Incident was assigned.


We are including the "Start" field in our report. However, the start field has the same time as the "Created" field. Is there something we're missing?
