I am interested in being able to create a workflow in Visio that is consistent with the images and objects in the workflow module. For example, in a workflow in the activieties pane i can select Activities.Approvals.Approval Group and it adds an icon to the workflow editor.

I feel this would help me to design work, before it is time to setup the workflows in Service Now.
