Scheduled Publish Date in Knowledge article is not performing per required functionality

Hi All,

 

I Have a Knowledge Base with "Knowledge - Instant Publish" workflow. When I select a Scheduled Publish Date as a future date and save the record and click on Publish button then the article is directly published.

Ideally it should go to Scheduled for publish state and then automatically will get published per mentioned date time in "Scheduled Publish Date" field.
