Assign a user a custom table role need extra license?

I created a new table in ServiceNow, If assign the table's role to an user, so the user can write something in the rocord,If this user only has table's role without itil role, Does this user need any extra license? Thank you!

Hello,

It's always best to seek out your ServiceNow account executive for any licensing questions like this. Depending on if the table was extended (and where it was extended from) or not, you may be liable for licensing per user access. itil role isn't the only role involved in licensing and a user not having itil, but another custom table "write" role, could be liable for licensing implications.

Like you said ,the table was extended task table is difference with the table is not extened. Is there some material to introduce about these licensing? any help will be appreciated!
