Hi @Aman Sharma2 ,

Please follow the below steps:-

1. Go to Application Navigator and navigate to the respective Survey Definition Record.

2. Check the Allow Retake Check Box.

 3. Trigger the survey to any random user using the "Assign Survey" Ui action.

   4. Impersonate that user and go to the Service Portal and you are able to see that survey in the "My Assessments and Surveys" Widget on the home page.

5. User can edit his responses as many times as he wants  before the due date of the Survey. By clicking on the respective survey in the "My Assessments and Surveys" widget in the portal.
