In case you’re still finding a solution to integrate Genesys with ServiceNow, try using a CTI connector. It enables Genesys telephony inside ServiceNow so that calls can be handled right inside the ServiceNow screen. This is one of the ways to integrate a CSM application with a contact center. The other approach of integration is already explained by Francesco Gatto. Choose one according to your business requirements.
