Can a Decision Table be used in a List Collector Variable

Hello,
I have a use case where a user would need to select from a list of applications in a list collector variable on a catalog Item.  We would like to refine the list of applications based on their department. I was thinking about defining this logic via decision builder and a decision table however, I don't see that decision tables can be selected as a list table.

Is it possible use a decision table in a list collector variable?
