Change Calendar View to include Blackout Schedule

Hi all,

I am trying to create a Calendar View of upcoming change requests that can also include any blackout/maintenance windows, such as a Christmas Change Freeze.

I have tried a variety of report table sources but cannot seemingly link the two by which I can have all the required conditions for the Change Requests I would like to see alongside an overarching blackout window - in this case, the aforementioned Christmas Change Freeze.

Any guidance much appreciated.
