Thanks for the answers  everyone, we have looked at access and from above, the only one not already resolved was web services only ticked. Regarding access I have gone all, the way up and given the user admin access and still getting access denied at table level. our user account is below, in case there is anything obvious

Any further thoughts on this? this is a scoped application however I am currently just trying to get table access to the incident table to troubleshoot and I get the same access issues.
