Need Help Adding a Date Picker Filter to Dashboard Reports Based on Ticket Created Date

Hi All,

I have a requirement to add a Date Picker Interactive Filter to a dashboard in ServiceNow.

Here’s what I need help with:
- I want to filter the report data on the dashboard based on the Created Date field of the tickets.
- The Date Picker should allow users to select a date or date range.
- Once a date is selected, all relevant reports on the dashboard should update accordingly, showing only tickets created on (or between) the selected dates.
- I want to ensure the filter is properly linked to the reports (using Interactive Filter Mapping or any recommended best practice).

Note : The reports are normal report and not PA report
