@Bhuvan   There is no review available proving its credibility . Though ServiceNow does its due diligence before they allow an app to published on their store. I still wanted to explore the possibility building a custom integration which gives us more flexibility . I could see that this is not that straight forward since connecting to SAP ChaRM directly is challenging and they do not have OOB APIs which we can consume as well . Team needs to build custom APIs using ABAP. Also, the best way is connect through SAP CPI instead of a direct OAuth connection.
