Hi Murali, this calendar report is restricting the user access based on the table level access i.e., itil or sn_change_read. Have you ever configured the Calendar component in the ui builder which is better for non-licensed users to view the desired tickets in Calendar view. Please let me know if you have experience in configuring that. I have followed step by step from the article below and currently stuck in the Step 8.
