Now Assist Skill Kit problem

Hi all,

I am not on a PDI. I have Now Assist for ITSM installed. I wanted to use the Now Assist Skill Kit on my instance. When I open it, it shows Security Constrains prevent access to requested page. 
I have even applied the sn_skill_builder.admin role but its still showing this.
Any help would be appreciated.

We cant use Now Assist in PDI now AI /Agentic AI so it is expected behaviour here or it is lab instance

You stated you are not in PDI. SO 

Refer KB: KB2794778 Now Assist Data Kit gives the error: Security constraints prevent access to requested page 

Resolution

The Audience for the page requires the "sn_data_kit.analyst" role to access the page

I am pretty sure you know that Now assist, Agentic AI are not available in PDI.

Hello @Faisal_CG ,

 

Plz check that the user has sn_skill_builder.admin role even if admin role is given!

I believe that its bcz of some missing role only.
