Hi @kiran kumar m1 , I'm unsure at what stage of project setup you're; however looking at the print screens it seems you have not received any task mining data yet and therefore you can't perform any categorization.  Also, if you have added users to a project, their data request has not yet been initiated and approved. (hence the note about data request)
