Configurable options for Major security incident management

Hi there,

I'm currently evaluating MSI and have the following questions:

1.  Is it possible to add custom states to Major Security Incident Task [sn_msi_task]?  I've tried adding a new state; however, it seems like the Tasks board in MSI workspace is hardcoded to show only the draft, assigned, in progress, and closed states.  Would it be a good idea to customize the containers in UI Builder or is this considered a bad practice as this involves heavy customization to OOB?

2. Similarly, if we'd like to change what's displayed in the "Overview" page of a MSI to show different metrics, this involves updating the OOB Major Security Incident - SRP page in UI Builder.   Is there a better way to configure the page without heavy customizations? 

3. Lastly, is any changes to the OOB UI in UI builder considered customizations and not recommended? In addition to the configurable options under the "MSI Administration" section, can we configure the MSI and MSI tasks with our customized state workflow and approvals?
